Due to expansion, we are looking for an exceptional individual to join us in a customer service role.

Who are we?

Mini Golf Lisbon is a new and unique minigolf and leisure experience in the heart of Lisbon. We are breaking convention, innovating and trendsetting with our vison of providing an amazing experience for all of our customers, whether they are taking on the challenge of the 18 hole courses which includes our UV light section, enjoying a few games of pool or simply relaxing in our bar with friends.

The Opportunity

We are currently looking for someone to fill the role who will really wow our customers and help to provide them with an experience that will bring them back time and time again.

Key responsibilities will be:

• Meeting and greeting our customers and taking entrance fees
• Explaining to customers how to take part in the minigolf and discuss all aspects of what we offer
• Prepare and serve drinks including our range of made to order cocktails
• Manage the cleanliness and restocking of the bar area
• Manage the cleanliness and tidying of the courses.
• Managing the cleanliness and tidying of the games area.
• Adhere to health and safety policies
• Adhere to company policies
• Delivering outstanding customer service to provide our unique customer experience.

Requirements

Customer service experience is a must and is at the front of everything we do so the successful candidate will really shine through.

• Excellent spoken and written English is a must
• Desirable that you have experience in Bar or Hospitality work, but training is given.
• Able to use computers, emails and till systems.
• Able to work in a team or as an individual
• Excellent attention to detail
• Self-motivated and a problem solver.

The role is for 35 hours a week and will be on a shift basis system that spans our opening hours. Please note we are open 7 days a week and the start and finish times will be earlier and later in order to prepare the venue for opening and closing.
